Turbo Yadom™
Thailand’s first fan-assisted herbal inhaler. I designed it, patented the fan-integrated lid, manufactured it, and sold it — independently, at 15. The exploded model beside this is the real CAD assembly: patented fan lid, ventilated body, and the circuit that drives it.

Design & OpenHome
Two tracks: a running personal habit of designing a product for every annoying problem in my life, and my engineering contributions to OpenHome Foundation, a nonprofit open-source hardware initiative — build guides, CAD, firmware, and a printable PDF for each one, released for anyone to fork and build.
General design
A weekly-ish habit — sketches and prints, published free when they're worth sharing.

RenalSeg
An AI-assisted segmentation and masked-SLA printing pipeline for patient-specific kidney tumor models, co-developed with Thailand's leading hospital. Scans go in; an AI-assisted segmentation step isolates the tumor and surrounding anatomy; the output prints as an anatomically accurate surgical-planning model at a fraction of the conventional cost.

VEX Robotics — three seasons, five robots
I led the first VEX team in Shrewsbury International School Bangkok’s history — recruiting it, designing and building 5 competition robots, delegating the engineering, and driving in matches.
2023–24 · Over Under
From nothing at scrimmage → national champions
Our first-ever season. We scored nothing at our first scrimmage, iterated relentlessly, and by February won the Excellence Award — the highest award across ~30 teams in Thailand — becoming the first team in school history to qualify for the VEX World Championship as a Thailand representative.

About
I’m Pawin — everyone calls me Hero. I’m a student at Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, and I spend most of my time in a workshop turning problems into products: a patented inhaler that owns 98% of its market, robots that took a first-year team to the World Championship, tumor models that let surgeons rehearse before they cut.
The pattern I care about: find a real constraint (cost, access, comfort), engineer it away, then actually ship — patent it, sell it, open-source it, or put it in a school. An idea that stays a CAD file doesn’t count.
Off the bench: I long-jump, play drums, and my house is thoroughly over-automated.
The workshop
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
“อีกยี่สิบปีนับจากนี้ คุณจะเสียดายสิ่งที่ไม่ได้ทำ มากกว่าสิ่งที่ได้ทำลงไป ดังนั้นจงปลดเชือกออกจากฝั่ง แล่นเรือออกจากท่าอันปลอดภัย รับลมค้าไว้เต็มใบ สำรวจ ฝัน ค้นพบ”
