1. What this site is
pawin.dev is the personal portfolio of Pawin "Hero" Jirasuntornsiri — a showcase of engineering projects, achievements, and evidence backing them (patents, competition results, revenue figures, etc.), built and maintained by one person. It is not a commercial product, and using it doesn't create any account, subscription, or contractual relationship beyond what's described here.
2. Accuracy of content
Every factual claim on this site — patent status, revenue, market share, competition placements, awards — is intended to be accurate and is backed by real documentation (patent filings, competition results, etc.), several of which are linked directly from the site. That said:
- Figures like revenue and market share are self-reported estimates based on the owner's own records, not third-party audited financials.
- Content may lag reality slightly — the site is updated periodically, not in real time.
- If you spot something inaccurate or outdated, please report it to hero@pawin.dev and it will be corrected.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the text, design, and site code are © Pawin Jirasuntornsiri. A few specific exceptions:
- Open-source projects linked from this site (e.g. Build A Bot on GitHub) carry their own open-source licenses, stated in their respective repositories — those licenses govern reuse of that code, not this notice.
- The Turbo Yadom patent and any other referenced IP remain the property of their registered owner(s) as recorded with the relevant authority (e.g. the Thailand Department of Intellectual Property); this site links to the public record rather than claiming to restate it authoritatively.
- Third-party marks (e.g. VEX Robotics, Samsung Solve for Tomorrow, F1 in Schools) belong to their respective owners and are referenced here only to describe factual participation, not to imply endorsement.
You're welcome to link to this site or quote short excerpts with attribution. Reproducing substantial portions of the site's design, copy, or code elsewhere without permission is not permitted — email if you'd like to ask.
4. Acceptable use
Normal browsing, reading, and sharing links to this site is obviously fine. Please don't:
- Scrape or bulk-download the site to republish it elsewhere as your own.
- Attempt to disrupt the site (e.g. denial-of-service traffic) or probe it for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
- Use the "Verify the patent" or other linked government/third-party records in a way that violates those platforms' own terms.
5. reCAPTCHA
The resume download on this site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to keep out automated bots. It runs invisibly and only presents a challenge if it flags something suspicious. This use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. No warranty
This site is provided "as is." As a personal, non-commercial site maintained by one person, there's no formal uptime guarantee, no service-level agreement, and no warranty that the site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at any given moment.
7. Links to third-party sites
This site links out to third parties — Printify3D, GitHub, the Thailand IP patent record, LinkedIn, and others. Those sites are outside this site's control and have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them isn't an endorsement of everything on those platforms, and vice versa.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the information on it. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be limited (for example, liability for fraud), and doesn't affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country, including EU/EEA consumer protection law where applicable.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where the site owner is based, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
